Ningguo Zhicheng Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was established in May 2008 and is located at No. 7, Chuangye North Road, Ningguo Economic and Technological Development Zone. It specializes in the research and development, manufacturing and sales of iron mold sand coating casting production lines, heat treatment production lines, fully automatic pouring machines, tilting pouring machines, casting molds and environmental protection equipment. It is a leading domestic enterprise integrating core technology research and development, industry standard setting and high-end equipment intelligent manufacturing.

The company is the only “wear-resistant casting equipment development base” designated by the China Foundry Association’s Wear-resistant Casting Components Branch, a member of the China Steel Wear-resistant Materials Industry Innovation Technology Strategic Alliance, an enterprise recognized as a high-tech enterprise in Anhui Province, and a specialized, innovative, and high-quality small and medium-sized enterprise in Anhui Province.

The company’s R&D capabilities are industry-leading, with 12 authorized national invention patents, 79 utility model patents, and 4 software copyright registrations. It has led the formulation of 2 industry standards for “Iron Mold Sand Casting Machine” and “Safety Operating Specifications for Sand Casting Production Process”, and 1 local standard for “Metal Mold for Grinding Balls”, as well as 10 enterprise standards. The “Zhicheng Brand” is a well-known trademark in Anhui Province. The iron mold sand casting production line and the automatic separation and sorting equipment for casting balls have been recognized as “First Generation Major Technological Equipment of Anhui Province”. The iron mold sand casting production line has consecutively won the “Innovation Award for Casting Equipment” of the China Foundry Association three times, the First Prize of Science and Technology Progress in Xuancheng City, and the “Famous Brand Product” of Anhui Province. Many products have passed the provincial-level new product appraisal. The automatic separation and sorting equipment for casting balls has broken through the technical bottlenecks in the industry and filled the technological gap at home and abroad, winning the Second Prize of China Machinery Industry Science and Technology Award. It has fully realized efficient, intelligent, green and safe modern casting production.

As a technological leader and market dominant player in the field of intelligent casting equipment for iron molds coated sand, the company has revolutionized the traditional casting production model, promoting the industry towards automation, intelligence and green development. Its technical level remains at the forefront of domestic and international standards. Currently, it has provided more than 300 sets of iron mold coated sand casting production lines to China’s largest wear-resistant material manufacturer Anhui Fengxing Co., Ltd., the world’s largest wear-resistant material manufacturer American Molycop (Indonesian factory), the largest wear-resistant material manufacturer in Asia India VeGa, TOYO (Vietnamese factory in Vietnam, Chinese Changxing factory), Merilin Technology (13 sets of production lines), China’s top 500 enterprise Xizi Group, the largest exhaust manifold manufacturer in China Xixia Internal Combustion Engine Company, Ningguo Sanfang Technology, Ningguo Dongfang, Ningguo Huafeng, Ningguo Xinma, Zijin Mining, Hebei Chengda, Hunan Hongyu, etc., and other well-known domestic and foreign enterprises. The products have been exported to more than ten countries including India, South Africa, Zimbabwe, Zambia, Ghana, Congo (Kinshasa), Ethiopia, Outer Mongolia, Russia, Uzbekistan, Bolivia, Vietnam, Indonesia, etc., covering the mainstream wear-resistant material and automotive casting production enterprises worldwide. Jiang Qingzhi, leader

From November 1987 to December 2001, He was employed at Ningguo Wear-resistant Materials General Factory (now known as Anhui Fengxing New Materials Technology Co., Ltd.). serving in the mold and equipment workshop. He held positions as team leader and workshop director, and was a key member of the R&D team for Fengxing’s automated casting ball production line. Joined the Communist Party of China in 1996

In January 2002, he started his own business and founded Ningguo Zhicheng Steel Ball Mold Manufacturing Co., Ltd., and served as the general manager.

In 2006, the oil quenching process was successfully developed and the automated equipment for oil quenching high-chromium balls was produced, marking a major breakthrough in the heat treatment technology of high-chromium balls and having a milestone meaning.                                                 

Since May 2008, he has founded Ningguo Zhicheng Machine Manufacturing Co., Ltd. and served as its chairman and general manager.

In 2008, the company was the only “Wear-resistant Casting Equipment R&D Base” designated by the Wear-resistant and Casting Branch of China Foundry Association.

In 2009, the first generation of the ZQJX-80-130 automatic cast ball production line of the Zhicheng brand was developed, breaking the technical barriers of domestic cast ball production line development enterprises. Through production operation and customer use feedback, the company has continuously optimized and innovated its technology. The degree of automation and intelligence of the products has been constantly improving. It has now been updated to the fourth generation ZZJX-F iron mold coated sand casting production line, which has been recognized as a major technical equipment in Anhui Province, won the Casting Equipment Innovation Award of the China Foundry Association, and was awarded the first prize for scientific and technological progress in Xuancheng City. It has received high praise from users and its market share has reached over 80%.

In 2010, company was elected as a council member of the Technology Innovation Alliance of Steel Wear-resistant Materials Industry, and was the first to be recognized as a high-tech enterprise in Anhui Province.

In 2011, he was awarded the title of Outstanding Owner in the China Casting Wear-Resistant Castings Industry

Since 2013, he has been appointed as a member of the Professional Committee of  Grinding Wear Failure Analysis and Grinding Wear Resistance Technology of China Mechanical Engineering Society;

In 2015, he was awarded the title of mechanical engineering series engineer. The automated separation and sorting line for cast balls that he led the development of was successfully manufactured, achieving machine automation under complex conditions, enhancing production efficiency, and filling the market gap of cast ball separation and sorting equipment both at home and abroad.

Since 2016, he has been appointed as a visiting researcher at the National and Local Joint Engineering Research Center.

In November 2016, he was rated as one of the top ten scientific and technological innovation leaders in Ningguo City

From 2020 to 2022, he served as a member of the 10th CPPCC of Ningguo City.

Since 2020, he has been the executive committee member and standing committee member of Ningguo Federation of Industry and Commerce.

In 2021, the company successfully developed the automatic transfer equipment for molten iron, realizing the closed-loop development of casting process equipment.

② Technical consultant Zhou Yuanxing

From October 1980 to March 2009, he worked in Ningguo Wear-resistant Materials General Factory, and was one of the key members of the research and development project team of Ningguo Wear-resistant Materials General Factory.

In October 1980, He joined Ningguo Wear-resistant Materials General Factory.

In 1982, he served as a product quality inspector for Ningguo Wear-resistant Materials General Factory.

In September 1983, he was appointed workshop director of Ningguo Wear-resistant Materials General Factory.

In October 1989, he was appointed as the head of the Production Technology Department (responsible for the company’s technology research and development, management, production scheduling, and quality control).

In February 1993, he was appointed Director of the Production Technology Department  (responsible for production scheduling, technology research and development and management, quality control and management).

In 1995, he served as the Director of Quality Department (responsible for the company’s technology research and development and management, quality control and management, and presided over the research and development of the casting ball production line), and was a member of the Party Committee and a director of the Board of Directors of the company.

In 1996, he served as the manager representative and the director of the quality department, as well as the member of the Party committee and the director of the board of directors of the company.

In 2000, he served as deputy general manager and representative of the management of the company, vice chairman of the company’s Association for Science and Technology, member of the Party Committee and director of the board of directors.

In 2009, he served as a member of Anhui Provincial Wear-resistant Material Standardization Committee.

In 2010, he invented the “mining special grinding ball” and was the inventor of the invention patent of the “mining special grinding ball”.

From 2014 to 2019, he served as the general manager of Ningguo Zhicheng Machinery Manufacturing Co., LTD.

③Yao Yongmao, technical consultant

He graduated from Jiangnan University in July 1964.

He started working at the Coal Department of Huainan Coal Mine Machinery Factory in July 1967, rising from a casting workshop worker to a technician and then an engineer. In 1989, he was rated as a senior engineer.

In April 1994, he was transferred back to Ningguo through talent introduction and served as the chief engineer, director of the Technology Development Department and director of the International Market Department at Ningguo Wear-resistant Materials General Factory. He retired in December 2003.

Since 2004, he has been the chief technical consultant of Ningguo Huafeng Wear-resistant Materials Co., LTD.

During his work in Ningguo, He has received the following awards;

In 1998, the VRH method for producing medium-carbon chromium alloy steel liners won the fourth prize of Science and Technology in Xuancheng Prefecture.

2002: Ultra-high chromium casting grinding ball won the third prize of Science and Technology of Anhui Province.

In 2004, the wet grinding mill liner was awarded the Second Prize of Science and Technology in Anhui Province and the Special Prize in Ningguo City.

In 2013, the new heat treatment process and equipment for Austrian-style grinding balls made of cast iron,‘oil quenching + residual heat isothermal transformation treatment’, passed the scientific and technological achievement appraisal by Anhui Provincial Department of Science and Technology in November 2013. The innovation was awarded the ‘Ningguo City Science and Technology Award’ and filed for a patent by Ningguo Huafeng Wear-Resistant Materials Co., Ltd.

In 2022, due to his significant contributions to the research and development of wear-resistant castings in China, he was awarded the “Lifetime Achievement Award” by the China Foundry Association

In 2007, the “Handbook of Wear-resistant Materials and Technology in Cement Industry” was published by the Cement Industry Press. Yao Yongmao was responsible for writing the casting ball grinding part and the cement vertical mill part.

In 2014, Chemical Industry Press published “Engineering and Grinding Examples of Wear-resistant Materials”, which was written by Yao Yongmao. The book covers various mills, cast grinding balls of various materials, cast grinding sections, forged balls, and application examples in various industries.

In May 2015, he was awarded the title of Outstanding Contribution Expert in the Grinding Materials Industry by the Wear Failure and Prevention Committee of the China Mechanical Engineering Society.

In December 2015, he was awarded the title of “Science and Technology Leader” by the Science and Technology Association of Ningguo Development Zone.

May 2018: China Casting Association awarded the “Outstanding (Distinguished) Contribution Award” to the China Casting Industry.

July 2022: Won the “Lifetime Achievement Award” in the China casting industry.

In addition, he has published more than a dozen articles in various professional conferences and journals across the country.

④ Senior engineer Jiang Qingping

In 1983, he joined Anhui Fengxing Material General Factory as an electrician.

From 1990 to 1993, He was responsible for equipment maintenance, production equipment technical transformation and other work in the production workshop of Anhui Fengxian Abrasive Material General Factory.

From 1993 to 2004, he served as a technician in the heat treatment workshop of Fengxing Factory, responsible for the preparation and implementation of heat treatment process of various alloy cast balls.

In 2004, he joined Ningguo Zhicheng Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. and obtained the title of mechanical engineering series engineer in 2015. Since joining Zhicheng Machinery, he has served as the deputy general manager and Senior engineer, designing the GKW series heat treatment production line, cast ball automation production line, tilting pouring machine, fully automatic pouring machine, cast ball automation separation and sorting and other casting equipment, making outstanding contributions to the company.

⑤Jiang Cong, director of the technology center

In June 2012, he graduated from Zhejiang University, majoring in Mechanical Design, Manufacturing and Automation.

In January 2014, he joined Ningguo Zhicheng Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. as a technician.

In 2016, he served as deputy director of the company’s technology center.

In July 2017, he was awarded the title of mechanical engineering engineer.

He served as director of the Technology Center in 2018.

In January 2025, he was rated as a senior engineer in mechanical engineering by the Senior Professional Title Review Committee of Anhui Province for the Engineering Series. Since joining the company, he has participated in six new product research and development projects, led the research and development of two projects, namely the automatic molten iron transfer system and the three-axis linkage pouring machine, and obtained 10 invention patents, 43 utility model patents, and completed the registration of four software copyrights.
